The fourth key research issue in school health and oral health promotion has, according to my experience as a research scholar, failure to provide engaging, age-appropriate educational materials for different student groups. Many schools continue to use old, irrelevant resources that hardly catch the attention of those students or relate to their needs for learning. One of the best ways to address this issue is custom book printing, where educators are now able to create visually appealing, culturally relevant content that speaks directly to young learners. On the other hand, if children connect with the stories they read, they will likely internalize the healthy habits taught in that very story. Personalization of health education through print materials can cause a real, permanent difference.
