Has anyone here tried installing one? (18 views)

Hey everyone, I’ve been thinking about upgrading my dining area with one of those table lifts that can raise and lower the tabletop. I want something that can switch between a regular dining table height and a standing desk setup because I work from home a lot. Has anyone here tried installing one? How’s the stability when it’s fully raised? I’m worried it might wobble or feel flimsy when up high. Would love to hear your experiences or any tips!

I’ve got a table lift in my home office, and honestly, it’s been a game changer for switching between sitting and standing while working. The one I installed feels really sturdy, especially since it’s designed specifically for lifting tables smoothly without much noise. I found some good options on this site called table liftshttps://www.progressiveautomations.com/pages/table-lifts that helped me decide based on stroke length and lifting capacity. Just make sure you pick a model that matches your table size and weight, otherwise it might strain the motor or be unstable.
