I’m interested in starting my journey with energy healing and have been exploring different options for reiki training. I want to find a program that is comprehensive, well-structured, and ideally taught by experienced practitioners.

Has anyone completed any reiki training courses they’d recommend? I’m particularly curious about the differences between in-person and online training and how effective each method is for mastering the techniques.

Also, any tips on what to look for in a good reiki training program would be greatly appreciated.
