Relaxation Music: Your Favorite Tracks (49 views)

19 Jun 2025 03:00

Hello, everyone! I've encountered problem — it's been hard to relax lately. After work, my brain is buzzing like transformer. I want to try relaxing with music. Please share your favorite tracks or playlists that really help me breathe out and reboot. Maybe something instrumental, maybe with natural sounds — everything is interesting. And also, if you have any of your own evening rituals (meditation, an app, a walk), tell me — I'm currently looking for new ways to restore balance.

Oh, I understand you very well! I used to have the same thing — constantly on edge, nothing helps. But then I found not only music, but also an assistant for self-reflection. I recommend starting the playlist with Ludovico Einaudi — “Nuvole Bianche” and “Divenire”. They really dissolve anxiety. And in order not just to listen to music, but to really unload my head, I use the liven app. This app helped me build an evening routine, track my mood and do mini-reflections. There is an AI assistant that suggests what to think about or how to better organize the day. I like that everything is unobtrusive and respectful to you. And music - yes, it is only part of the overall self-care. In tandem with Liven, the effect is many times stronger.

I also have my own set of "anti-stress sounds" - I love Japanese lo-fi tracks, for example, "Shima no Koibito" and "Rainy Café Vibes". And thanks for the tip on Liven - I was just looking for something to systematize the day and not feel like a lost person.

Hey @vlad0211v, I totally get what you’re going through — sometimes it feels impossible to shut off the brain after a hectic day. I’ve found that combining relaxing music with a little change in routine really helps me unwind.

For music, I love gentle instrumental tracks with nature sounds mixed in — things like soft piano, rain, ocean waves, or forest ambience. Artists like Ludovico Einaudi or some Japanese lo-fi playlists work wonders for me too. Also, having a consistent evening ritual, even something simple like a short walk outside or using a mindfulness app, can reset your mindset.

By the way, on a completely different note but still about comfort during busy days, if you or anyone else struggles with managing short or shaved hair and wants something comfy to wear on the head during downtime, I found some cool options here: https://paradisecaps.com/collections/short-shaved-hair — super soft and breathable, great for relaxation moments.

Hope you find your perfect soundtrack and routine soon!
